During the nine days of the Performatik Festival, we shall be spotlighting contemporary performance art, body art and live art.

In Early Works, four choreographic pieces by Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker will be shown in the space of three weeks. They are all among her earliest works, dating from 1982 to 1987.

This third Burning Ice will once again be bringing artists, academics and cultural theorists together and will be built around the production Koyaanisqatsi – the performance by the Brazilian theatre-maker Ricky Seabra and the Brussels-based director Dirk Verstockt.

Burning Ice #4 examines in greater depth alternative economic theories and projects which couple growth to environmental impact, which address the illusion of the correct market price and advocate a repositioning of money.
